Here, dad will feel right at home feasting on smoked wings, succulent steaks, bad-ass burgers, ribs and schnitzels with all the trimmings, as he relives fond memories from when you were little (insert embarrassing story here). For the dad who’s down with the kids and loves to lie-in, there’s the Island Rooftop Bottomless Brunch. Dad will relish the chance to kick-start Father’s Day in the sun eating his favourite goodies, like pork belly bao buns and smoked barramundi croquettes. He’ll also be forced to enjoy all manner of bottomless beers, cocktail jugs, wines and drinks for the two hour package duration, all to the soundtrack of Sunday with our res DJs. It will be tough.
