Winter’s here, but The Island is bringing Amalfi vibes to Surfers with limited-edition cocktails and wood-fired pizza pairings. Throughout August, Island Amore takes over The Island Rooftop and Goldie’s, serving up gin cocktails like the Elderflower Spritz, Malfy Eastside, and Passionfruit & Vanilla, perfect for those spritz-soaked moments.

Oktoberfest

It’s time to prepare for your annual Bavarian blow-out. Celebrate the world’s biggest beer festival over one colossal day of stein wielding revelry at The Island Glasshouse and Deck — AKA the Beer Hall and Wunderbar Terrace. With a fine selection of Bavarian beers on tap, schnapps and smorgasbord of food stations, you’ll be primed for the live oompah band — hand and thigh-slapping gestures are highly encouraged. General admission $15 + booking fee. The Glasshouse will be set as a beer hall. Seating is available on a first in best dressed basis. Food and drink will be available to purchase throughout the day.

VIP Beer Hall $149 + booking fee. $139 for 6+ Guests. Includes allocated priority seating with a three hour food and beverage package between 12pm – 3pm.

Can you seat my group together? Allocated seating is available only for the VIP ticket. If purchasing tickets separately for this ticket, create a ‘group name’ and include at checkout to ensure your party is seated together. General admission tickets have unallocated seating; arrive early to secure a spot.

How do the food and beverages work for the event? A variety of beers, wines, cocktails, and soft drinks will be available throughout the day, along with food stations offering a range of delicious options for purchase. The VIP ticket consists of a three hour food and drinks package and is only available between 12pm – 3pm.

What’s the refund policy? We do not offer refunds for this event.

Father’s Day

Father’s Day at The Island Gold Coast. For dads who love a taste of the good life!

Whether he loves to sit at the head of the table reminiscing about the good old days, or prefers to brunch so he can catch up on ‘resting with eyes closed’ — we’ve got a bundle of
fun to put a smile on his dial this Father’s Day.

For the trad kinda dad, there’s breakfast, lunch and dinner at Goldie’s. Here, dad will feel right at home feasting on smoked wings, succulent steaks, bad-ass burgers, ribs and schnitzels with all the trimmings, as he relives fond memories from when you were little (insert embarrassing story here). For the dad who’s down with the kids and loves to lie-in, there’s the Island Rooftop Bottomless Brunch. Dad will relish the chance to kick-start Father’s Day in the sun eating his favourite goodies, like pork belly bao buns and smoked barramundi croquettes. He’ll also be forced to enjoy all manner of bottomless beers, cocktail jugs, wines and drinks for the two hour package duration, all to the soundtrack of Sunday with our res DJs. It will be tough.
