Raise a glass of your favourite bittersweet cocktail this month as we celebrate the brilliant spirit that is Gin. Our team of mixologists will be delighting with a curated range of Negronis – from the classic to the creative – at the Island Rooftop and Goldie’s. And not being content with World Gin Day being just one day, these featured Negronis will be available all throughout June and July.
