FAQs

How do the personalised shirts work? Limited-edition Super Bowl jerseys are included with both pre-paid package options. Simply enter the name you’d like printed on the back of your jersey (keep it clean!), along with your preferred size, during checkout. Your personalised jersey will be ready for you on the day. Please note: sizes are subject to availability, and the cut-off for personalised printing is one week before the event. Tickets purchased after this date will still receive a jersey, but without personalisation.

Where is the event held? Goldie’s at the Island Gold Coast.

If we have a group, will we be seated together? Yes, we will be seating your group on your own table. If your group is purchasing tickets separately, come up with a catchy table name between yourselves, then include this table name in the field provided at check-out.

Can you cater to my food allergies and dietary requirements? We always do our best to cater to your food allergies as long as you include them in the field provided at checkout. We may not, however, be able to cater towards all food preferences e.g. keto, low-carb, low sugar. We have provided this field at check-out for people with food allergies only.
